Mid winter

Well it's hard to beleive that winter is flying by,work on the campground is coming good taking all the under growth out down to wilderness drive and it really looks good.We are adding four more sites with power and electricity 104-108 they are big sites and look forward to getting them going as soon as the snow leaves.We still have a couple of seasonal sites available on the pond and wilderness drive,The River front sites are going to be 1400.00 7 tax and electric the pond sites are 1200.00 & tax and electric.I will give weekly blogs for the rest of the winter.Have a great week

Mid summer

The summer is well under way and the river tubing is at its best we did the rapid twice yesterday what a blast!!! Campers that try it loves it and want to do it again and again,we have sold out of tubes again but we have more ordered and should be here around mid week local stores are all sold out,the sport of river tubing is really taking off here at the campground with over 200 tubers so far and more to come.Have a great day

4th of July

The 4th of July was our best week since taking over the campground, we where full and had to turn campers away for the first time so looks like I will have to make more sites for next year we definitly want to have a site for everyone!The campground playground has been busy with the addition of a new swing set for toddlers.The weather is warming up so the river is pretty refreshing and the tubing has been busy,Thanks to all that has stayed with us  and to all that are going to be staying with us!!Have a safe summer.

The Summer Fun has begun!!

Well our second season is starting off great and with school out for the season we are filling up fast.Everyone is commenting on the campground and that feels really good we are gearing up for river tubing with tube for sale here at the store and it is fun for all ages.We have added a second swing set to the playground for the smaller children and a second basketball hoop down on wilderness so kids can play down there.Have a safe summer to all!!!

Camping season 2012

Well we are now open for the season with the warm weekend and the fishing getting good we are excited for the summer,we are starting to get a lot of people driving through and loving the campground,we have put a new roof on the game room got our forth cottage up and running and many other improvements,so we hope everyone stops by even if you are not camping stop in and visit.Have a great day
